My education and training in many therapeutic modalities, as well as teaching and training other therapists, allows me to individualize your psychotherapy. My approach to psychotherapy comes from a deep responsibility in helping people grow. I specialize in brining adults to consciousness, healing trauma, and self actualization. With 23 years of practicing and teaching the science of yoga and spirituality I consider this work sacred. I have a limited amount of session per week to give my clients the attention they need. I work regularly on my own self care which allows me to capture my passion and avoid burn out. For over 25 years I have been intentional about my own personal growth and healing. Many of my clients are with me for years and I often hear from past clients years later. Building relationships is the core of therapeutic success.

I offer my clients the opportunity to explore their past to discover what is keeping them from finding the kind of success and fullfillment that they desire. With some guidance from me and a willingness to share and grow, my clients have found that they are able to find the confidence that they need to accomplish their dreams and find fullfillment in their lives.
