Most people that come into my office know what they need to do but can't seem to do it. Psychotherapy involves both of us looking into what is getting in the way of you making these changes. I always tell my clients that I trust their instincts and if they do not or cannot do what is needed there is a reason why. Uncovering that reason and learning to listen to your instincts is what I believe psychotherapy is at its core.

With 23 years of practicing and teaching the science of yoga and spirituality I consider this work sacred. I have a limited amount of session per week to give my clients the attention they need. I work regularly on my own self care which allows me to capture my passion and avoid burn out. For over 25 years I have been intentional about my own personal growth and healing.
