Feelings, wants, needs, and a mutual understanding of the couples are explored. Conflicts resolutions are developed to improve relationships. Solution Focus Therapy is utilized to identify the ideal state, the Miracle, then goals are written to achieve the state and progress is noted weekly. Past hurts and misunderstanding are explored during therapy. Role play is also effective in couples gaining understanding.

Couples work is unique and interesting. What a lot of people don't understand it that of course you have different viewpoints - you are in different bodies, have different life experiences and are actually looking at different views! Many times the problem is simply communication: no matter how many times you tell your partner what you need, they just don't hear it.
