I am a relationship therapist with years of training and experience helping couples to navigate the most painful and difficult chapters in their relationship. In Couple’s Counseling; I accept the view that as individual we are complex beings who are multifaceted and therefore multi-storied. So in working with a couple, I try to balance the conversation, so that each feels heard. My aim is be neutral to each, as much as possible. So in the initial session we collaborate in setting ground rules. I encourage autonomy so each know his/her right to govern their own freedom of choices and behaviors. I steer away from cookie cutter activities as I believe that in the process of therapy client will use their resources to find their own path that work for their relationship. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy.
