Work can be an enormous source of stress for many people. The first 20 years of my career I worked in human resources and business consulting for large and small companies and I have 10 years of experience doing workplace counseling and executive coaching. I will help you get to the root cause of your stress and begin to identify changes you can make to improve your work life and lead a less stressful life going forward.

I am passionate about helping people feel fulfilled and purposeful in life and their careers. I specifically enjoy helping people discover their unique strengths and wire up. Together we use problem solving to explore and opportunities professionally. I use various assessments to help in this discovery process and partner with the client on viable and fulfilling options in their career.

When it comes to career counseling, we prioritize a client-centered exploration of their interests, values, skills, and goals, while actively listening and helping our clients to identify potential career paths that align with their unique profile, followed by developing a personalized action plan to achieve those goals. Moreover, we focus on self-awareness while exploring options, and providing practical guidance to navigate the job market effectively.

Then, we find ourselves experiencing missed opportunities, regret, angst, and pain.
