I'm a seasoned, experienced individual and couple's counselor (40+ years) who has helped thousands of clients with the problems of their lives. Most people find me personally easy to work with, involved in actively helping them, and get what they came for, maybe more.

I ask clients about their best hopes for each session. I use a direct approach and humor to build rapport and find tools that work. I focus on preserving marriage/family relationships, and support those struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, and divorce issues.

We all struggle from time to time. I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment to help my clients work through their problems and identify what's holding them back from being where they want to be in life, in relationships or in their careers.
