As your therapist, I am here to both empathize and challenge you, while still meeting you where you are what. I will actively listen to you and create a space of compassion and safety. I will also help challenge you whether that be challenging self-defeating thoughts or helping you identify actions you can take to help yourself grow.

Psychotherapy?! What a funny word. I am a psychotherapist, NOT a psycho therapist! :) Others call me a counselor or "the talk lady." I specialize in youth aged 3-25 who have experienced some level of stress like a divorce, bullying, self-harm, sexting or abuse. Youth nowadays have a different mentality, and I also support parents in understanding and connecting with their children.
