In working with couples and families, I strive to uncover and work through the underlying issues that lie behind the negative patterns that have created the unhappiness that prompted seeking of help through counseling.

We work with a variety of issues-Depression, Anger, Anxiety (group and individual formats), Bipolar disorder, Trauma, Child and Adolescent work (males and females), Sexual Abuse, Play Therapy, Family therapy, Cultural issues (adapting to the western culture), and LGBTQ.

I have experience working with couples struggling in their marriage who desire to work through stuck places to rebuild a connected intimate marriage. I also work with premarital couples and utilize assessment tools for both using the PREPARE/ENRICH.
