I have an evidenced based anger management program to help you learn how to control your anger, as well as find its root cause. Anger is never the primary feeling. The anger management program helps the client to discover the true feelings that are causing the anger. Once the true feelings are addressed, then I am able to help the client find ways to more appropriately express these feelings.
