I believe that therapy can be beneficial to every person at some point in their lives. Psychotherapy often referred to as "talk therapy" I strive to create a supportive environment where my clients feel safe and comfortable to disclose their concerns and work through an issues they may be experiencing. I use an array of different approaches to psychotherapy and will work with my client to choose they best approach to fit their individual needs. My goal is for each of my clients to leave therapy having worked through their presenting issue(s) and learned the necessary skills to cope with any future challenges that may arise.
