Anger can overwhelm and destroy relationships. It is not always clear what the anger is about. I create a safe, confidential and supportive environment for client's to address and resolve their anger. I teach client's the skills to identify the source of their anger, communicate their feelings more appropriately, and create more harmony and happiness in their life and relationships. I utilize CBT techniques to help clients change the way they approach situations, how they perceive conflict and develop more effective conflict resolution and communication skills.
