Anxiety issues and how they affect our lives are my main focus. How we eat and how much, how well we sleep, the way communicate to friends, family and loved ones and how we perceive and engage in daily challenges affect our anxiety levels which in turn contributes to more or less anxiety. Life events make everyone prone to anxiety and stress. The fact is everyone will experience multiple stressful events in their lifetime. Such events include stressful work environment, financial loss, illness, death, relationship loss. The manner in which each person deals with these events will determine their survivability and overall functioning. When you understand that life events are like a valley with periods of high and lows (peak and trough), the quicker you will seek to get out from the bottom of the valley and make your way to the top.
