My name is Dr. Elizabeth Nyang. I accept clients with depression, anxiety, problems at work, problems within the family, and adjustment issues. I use counseling integrated with meditation and tai chi to help clients gain insight into the root causes of their problems.

I help adults and older adolescents who are struggling with stress, anxiety, OCD, depression and self-sabotaging behaviors find relief and gain control. I use CBT, Hypnosis, EFT & NLP. I also work extensively with couples to restore communication and relationships.
