Among us, we are trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT, EMDR, Sand-play, Family Therapy, Child Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Psycho-dyamic theories.

I specialize in brief therapy, which is a positive form of psychotherapy. This means I help you find strengths to move towards your goals utilizing the least amount of time necessary. Many people can reduce or resolve issues in 8 to 10 sessions. Please know that very complicated issues and trauma often require longer term treatment, which I also offer.
