We also offer personality testing for career appropriateness and placement.

I help clients with addictive behaviours or substance use that is interfering with their ability to achieve a fulfilling career. Through collaborative conversations, clients gain a sense of purpose and direction, overcoming barriers to making meaningful progress in their professional life. Gaining a sense of control over one's life allows for increased confidence and self-esteem. I help clients build the motivation necessary to take steps toward a future filled with passion, thriving, and mental resilliance.

My goal is to develop a therapeutic partnership with clients that builds on a strengths-based relationship, helping to restore the connection between the body and mind in order to have a more balanced life, and strength the tools and skills needed to reach and actualize higher potentionals. I provide a variety of helping services and treatment modalities to help clients move forward in life.

As a former animal control officer and shelter worker, I understand the emotional, mental, and physical toll that working with animals can take. Compassion fatigue is common among shelter staff and volunteers, rescue workers, veterinarians, and others who work in the animal welfare field. Having been on the front lines myself, I can identify with your struggles and can help you learn healthy coping skills and effective self-care strategies to improve your compassion satisfaction and prevent burnout.
