We have several therapists who offer Christian Counseling, as well as many who particularly work with each client's individual religious/spiritual perspective. All of our therapists honor and respect spiritual and religious values, principles and beliefs as part of the whole person and relevant to a client's treatment. Whether Christian, Jewish Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist or of another faith, our therapists help clients integrate their beliefs into their mental well being.

I approach counseling from a Christian perspective when a client is comfortable with that approach. As a Certified Christian Counseling Coach, I am able to help each individual grow in counseling through their own faith and beliefs. I take the client where the client is ready to go and at their own pace. I encourage individuals in counseling to draw on their faith and provide any insight and resources they need.

Being a Christian certainly does not keep us from experiencing hard times, emotional struggles, illnesses, or relationship pain. My goal is to help you navigate whatever challenges you may be experiencing, either individually or as a couple, in a way that strengthens your faith and reminds you of the purpose God has for your life. While it can be incredibly hard to walk as a Christian in the world today, it is my belief that God will make a way.

I have been a Christian for most of my life. For me this means that I believe in Jesus Christ as my personal savior and I believe the bible is God’s word, here to help guide me through life. The Bible offers a perspective on how we manage life’s struggles and the hope of healing and restoration. I am able to bring a Christian perspective, knowledge of the Bible and prayer into the counseling environment. It has been my experience that people who bring their faith into counseling are able to make more significant, life lasting changes in shorter time spans.
