I have found that couples have difficulty communicating with each other. They almost always see the problems within their relationship as "theirs" not "mine". Sometimes this is true. But most often the struggles come from both. In my work with couples, we will figure out what is preventing each partner to communicate effectively. To say what they are feeling so the partner can hear and understand. If communication is not the only issue the couple is having, we will explore what is really going on and why for real results.

There is hope! Oftentimes in life we just need support - someone to listen, provide compassion, a guiding light - to help you find peace within. I believe in the power of relationships and that together we can grow towards a more fulfilling and joyful life. When we become overwhelmed or uncertain about the paths we choose to travel, it can be helpful to orient ourselves and take inventory of the resources and tools available.
