In our first few sessions, we will explore your beliefs about yourself and life. These beliefs arise from the patterns exhibited in your growing up years. We will also explore biological components to depression and help differentiate between depressive situations and a depressive brain. Discussions will include health questions, medication possibilities (referrral available for meds) and spiritual components to depression. I combine talk therapy with detective work to uncover patterns and offer solution based counseling for change.

Most people who are depressed find it difficult to pinpoint what it's about. After all, it may be that nothing has "happened". There may not be a crisis.
