Family counseling, or family therapy, aims to address psychological, behavioral, and emotional issues that cause family problems. Family members will work with a therapist or counselor to develop and maintain a healthy family dynamic. We will develop a treatment plan specific for your family, helping everyone to feel emotionally safe, while boundaries are respected, and that everyone understands their role in the family unit.

In family therapy, I create a supportive space where each member feels heard and valued, helping families navigate complex dynamics with care and clarity. I have experience working with families facing challenges related to addiction, identity, and communication—especially when supporting trans youth. We’ll work together to strengthen understanding, rebuild trust, and create a more affirming and stable environment.
