Losing someone or something you love is profoundly painful. One of the greatest myths we hear is that “time heals all wounds.” In reality, time often deepens the ache unless we give ourselves permission to grieve. Healing requires space to mourn, honor what has been lost, and gently begin to carry it in a new way. It is my privilege to walk alongside clients as they move through grief toward healing, meaning, and peace.

The most difficult part of life is experiencing the loss of a loved one. Nothing we experience is more painful than this. Despite this often incapacitating pain, with work and time, one can heal and overcome. When this occurs, one emerges from the pain as a new person, in ways that one could not formerly conceive. A large part of my work is guiding people through this process, as I am deeply familiar with it, both personally and professionally.

Stay connected to what was lost but regain control of your life. You don't want to move forward. You don't want to find that "new normal." You don't want to let go. You also know life will never be the same & need help understanding, moving forward & taking control of what you can control. With work, & time, this can be. You can control the what's next for you. I help those grieving to identify what they are feeling, make sense of the process as best they can, & begin to heal. You will never stop missing your loved one but we will look at ways to heal & also remain connected to what has been lost through memory, reflection, ritual, & expression.
