Our spirituality/religious beliefs can be a wonderful resource for people to utilize. Often times in times of distress we can neglect our spiritual side. We look to incorporate an individual's beliefs to help solve problems in their life and enhance their spirituality. Therapy can explore dealing with our doubts, possible anger towards God. We seek to help remind clients of the value that their religion may bring them.
