My approach to therapy is not a quick fix or a band-aid approach. It is not self-help advice or executive coaching. My approach to psychotherapy is to collaborate with my clients. My first goal is to understand your values, viewpoints, what you want and what you don't want. Most of us have not really put these concepts into words yet, so beginning right away, this can be very helpful. The next step is to identify the barriers in front of us.
