Community Works is a Kansas City area non-profit that provides support services to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health issues. The agency offers comprehensive case management services to ensure individuals have the support systems they need to attain an optimal level of functioning at home and in the community. The recovery support programs offered by Mental Health America of the Heartland seek to help mentally ill residents of Blue Springs integrate into the community.
