I don’t see myself as the expert with all the answers—instead, I work with you as a fellow human, helping you understand your choices and patterns while respecting your independence. In our sessions, you’ll have a space to discover how you move through the world, find more genuine ways of being, and face uncertainty with confidence. Through this process, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, build stronger relationships, and learn to live with more purpose—even when life is tough.

Psychotherapy is something that can help you understand yourself better, and how you function in the world. It can help you understand patterns in your life that may be troubling for you and help to create positive change. I work with people to help them understand their belief systems, the meanings they make of experiences, as well as understanding messages they received from their families. People need a safe place to open up and explore these issues with confidentiality, which is something I provide for my clients.

Psychotherapy is considered talk therapy. Talking about your problems can help you to process what is really going on with you and to utilize new strategies of handling stressful situations. Together we can identify thinking patterns that are not helpful and we can take those thoughts captive and change them.
