Anxiety and Stress are a natural occurrence in modern life. However, when a person becomes overwhelmed with the stress of daily life, managing work, family life, social activities, commuting, financial concerns, illness and a multitude of other cause it's important to address the stress and anxiety. I work with individuals on developing coping skills and solutions to problems with solution focused therapy. With psycho-education, relaxation skills, affect-modulation and cognitive coping I help clients identify, address and develop strategies to improve their functioning in daily living.

Fear is about the past, anxiety is about what we imagine will happen in the future. Fear and Anxiety mean, by definition, that you are not living in the moment. In order to help you identify what is causing you anxiety, the approach is for you to vent what you are feeling and how it is hindering you.
