I assist adults in understanding causes of their current anxiety and identify the triggers that lead them to an anxious state. Teaching you how to mitigate your anxiety through positive strategies, breathing techniques, and nutritional and physical exercises, has been a primary focus of my 30+ years of clinical practice. I assist children/adolescents in helping them to build the courage to approach what they would rather avoid, minimizing their fear and maximizing their ongoing capacity to take risks throughout their lives.
