Career counseling is for those who are just trying to figure out their career or next steps, need help with the process, and for those who find themselves unhappy in their current job. Career can give us purpose and when it is not aligned with other aspects of life, that is when trouble occurs. I approach career counseling by exploring values, beliefs, expectations, and personality. I have experience with personality type tests, career aptitude tests, belief and value evaluations, and addressing expectations in contrast with reality. These topics are vital in finding what you can do to make money while not draining your energy for other areas of life.

When working with someone with career counseling, I am here to listen and support while my client finds passion and purpose in their career. I can help break down the steps that someone would take to reach their aspirations and help celebrate each step along the way, no matter how small the step may seem. With unconditional positive regard, road-mapping, and using DBT skills to help with the process, I will work to help each person that comes to my therapy space for these needs
