It's challenging in a post COVID work environment for many people currently. The workplaces have changed throughout the nation. We love partnering with folks who are lost in systems, lost in the process of finding their passion, or who feel suck in a dead end job. We're creative thinkers here and take a solution focused approach to breaking you our of these cycles. We also partner with employers to offer EAP support, peer coaching for staff concerns/mental health, anti-burnout presentations, and education on vicarious trauma in some fields of work.

Career counseling is about guiding the client through the process of elimination and giving them the tools they need to find the job they feel fits them. I approach career counseling by exploring values, beliefs, expectations, and personality. I have experience with personality type tests, career aptitude tests, belief and value evaluations, and addressing expectations in contrast with reality. These topics are vital in finding what you can do to make money while not draining your energy for other areas of life.
