All of our 8 licensed counselors approach depression from a holistic viewpoint--meaning we will look at you physically, emotionally and spiritually. We believe that treating depression holistically is the most comprehensive way to ease this issue. We are trauma-informed as well and this will be assessed as unresolved underlying trauma can exacerbate depressive symptoms.
