As your counselor, I will take you through this process step by step. You will also be provided with some helpful contacts and resources to assist you in getting launched into your career.

These can include. stress, anxiety, imposter syndrome, confidence, self-worth and motivation. Burnout, which is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged or excessive stress, often linked to work or other demanding situations, leading to feelings of detachment, cynicism, and reduced motivation is a common issue individuals experience and is a topic that is addressed in therapy. Support is provided to help individuals explore their unmet needs and assist them with self-care strategies that include, setting boundaries.
