As a Seminary trained therapist, it has continuously amazed me to see how many well researched principles of modern psychotherapy can also be found in the Scripture. With extensive experience helping my clients through the struggles of addictions, depression, anxiety and other mental health concerns, combined with sound Biblical and Theological knowledge, I want to help you develop greater mental, emotional and spiritual wellness and start fully living the life God has given you.

I hold a Masters of Divinity in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University. I also spent over 20 years involved in various Christian Leadership roles. I do not practice or hold to this religion any longer. In my clinical work, I work with clients who are processing spiritual abuse/trauma and I regularly work with clients who are navigating deconstruction. I believe it is important to clarify, I am affirming and fully accepting of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. I consider myself an ally to this community. In my clinical work, I consider it an honour to work with members of this community who have been wounded by the Christian Church.
