Hello I'm Jim! I am a Registered Psychotherapist and I come from a Positive Psychology background. I am interested in helping make life better for clients using an array of treatment models, while prioritizing the client therapist relationship.

Services offered to older adolescents, adults and couples in both English & French. I use a client-centered approach and look to my client to determine the goals and direction for counselling. Convenient evening and weekend appointments are available.
