I am here to help you take steps to better manage the challenges that are holding you back from living a healthy and productive emotional life and work with you to discover a path towards self-awareness, restoration and growth in a safe and non-judgemental environment.

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.

As a psychotherapist I am dedicated to improving the health and well being of my clients and it is my goal to make the therapeutic process as comfortable as possible. I work from a positive psychology perspective geared towards increasing confidence, and self esteem.
