Most of us will experience the loss of a close family member, friend or colleague some time in our lives. We are often not prepared to deal with the emotions that arise after a loss. Even the loss of a job, a pet or a relationship can cause us to feel grief. I am committed to accompanying you on your healing journey. I will assist with processing your emotions and providing coping strategies.

With rich experience supporting those living with terminal illnesses and families who have lost loved ones, I understand there are no "right" ways to grieve. We all grieve differently; there is no right or wrong way to grieve. It is a uniquely personal experience. My therapeutic approach is to meet my clients where they are and address their current needs.
