Our approach to marriage counseling is honest, respectful, and non-judgmental. We have worked with couples with a variety of issues, including trust, communication, intimacy, child and family stressors, financial issues, and learning to compromise.

Couples enter therapy for help with conflict, affairs, intimacy and communication problems. My approach to couples counseling uses the researched-based Gottman Method Couples Therapy techniques which help couples learn how to handle conflict and increase intimacy.

The Gottman therapy method will give you specific tools to deepen friendship and intimacy, to manage conflicts and “resolvable problems” and dialogue about “gridlocked” ones. I provide a safe and caring place to work on these problems toward a successful relationship.
