Grief and loss come in many forms. All of which cause a deep ache in our being. My work with clients is to help them process through their grief and other difficult emotions such as anger often associated with it, in order to find acceptance, peace, and hope. Although dealing with loss takes time, having a therapist to lean on and talk openly and speed and deepen the healing.
