In grief and loss therapy, I approach each client with compassion and empathy as they navigate through the difficult and often overwhelming emotions associated with losing a loved one. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for clients to express their feelings, explore their grief, and develop coping strategies to move towards healing. I believe that grief is a unique and personal process that varies for each individual, and I tailor my approach to fit each client's needs. Through therapy, clients can expect to gain a deeper understanding of their emotions, develop healthy ways to cope with their grief, and work towards finding a new sense of meaning and purpose in their lives.

Our Hypno-Grief Program helps you deal with the loss of a loved one, a job, a move, etc. This program is a soft approach to help you work through the stages of grief in a natural and comfortable manner as much as possible. You can get to finish what you did not have time to finish in a way that you can let go and move on with your life.

Grief and loss come in many forms. All of which cause a deep ache in our being. My work with clients is to help them process through their grief and other difficult emotions such as anger often associated with it, in order to find acceptance, peace, and hope.
