We live in an anxious and stressful society. This is an area in which I feel most people can benefit from having a therapist who has this specialty. I have spent many years learning this specialty and people who follow my suggestions report back substantial improvements in their stress levels as their anxiety decreases. For those who desire it, Christian faith can be thoughtfully integrated as a source of hope, healing, and encouragement while respecting each client’s beliefs and goals.

Anxiety is something I have studied extensively for approximately a decade and a half. I have seen many people in that time who have come in with moderate to major anxiety, and left with mild to no (not beyond a normal healhty level) anxiety. This is an area I can truly consider myself a specialist and this belief is only enhanced furhter by the many positive comments I have received from current and former clients.
