Seeking counseling is a courageous step, and I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive place where they can be heard without judgment. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, struggling in your relationships, experiencing anxiety or depression, navigating a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you find hope, healing, and practical strategies for lasting change.

As the owner and therapist at Faithful Connections Christian Counseling, I provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling for adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each individual's unique story, strengths, and goals. I strive to create an environment where you feel respected, understood, and empowered to move forward.

I earned a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from Concordia College and a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) from Provident University. I am a Board Certified Christian Counselor (NACC), a Certified Restorative Therapist (FBCTI), and certified in CMEMIP-1. In addition, I have completed numerous advanced certifications in anger management, grief and loss, trauma, addiction recovery, and mental health treatment, allowing me to provide comprehensive care for individuals facing a wide range of life challenges.

I believe that effective therapy is built on a trusting relationship. During our work together, I take time to understand your experiences, identify the patterns contributing to your struggles, and help you develop practical tools to improve your emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and achieve your personal goals. My counseling style is warm, encouraging, and goal-oriented while remaining flexible to meet your individual needs.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship and marriage concerns, grief and loss, anger management challenges, substance use and recovery, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and spiritual concerns. Whether you are facing a current crisis or have been carrying emotional burdens for years, I am committed to helping you move toward healing, resilience, and lasting change.

As a Christian counselor, I recognize that faith can be a powerful source of strength, hope, and healing. For clients who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate biblical principles with evidence-based therapeutic approaches. At the same time, I deeply respect each client's beliefs, values, and personal goals. Faith integration is always offered with sensitivity and only when it is meaningful to you.

My clinical approach draws from proven therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, restorative therapy, and other evidence-based interventions. Together, we will develop practical strategies to manage difficult emotions, improve communication, strengthen relationships, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I believe healing involves more than simply reducing symptoms. It is about discovering hope, building resilience, restoring healthy relationships, and developing the confidence to navigate life's challenges with greater peace and purpose. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you, provide support, offer practical guidance, and help you recognize the strengths and resilience you already possess.

Whether you are seeking individual counseling, marriage counseling, family therapy, or faith-based support, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. Change is possible, and you do not have to face life's challenges alone. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and a healthier, more fulfilling future.
