Using a somatic, nervous-system–focused approach, I help you build awareness of physical cues and gently develop skills that support regulation and steadiness. As you learn how to calm your body and understand your stress responses, anxiety often becomes more manageable. Clients frequently report feeling more grounded, clear-headed, and better equipped to navigate challenges without becoming overwhelmed.
