My approach is integrative and grounded in somatic (mind–body) therapy, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. Rather than only talking about challenges, we also work with the deeper patterns held in the body and nervous system so real change can occur. I hold a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Wilderness Therapy and have advanced training in trauma-focused, somatic, and mindfulness-based therapies. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and alignment.
