In our work together, we approach depression with patience and curiosity rather than pressure to simply “feel better.” I help clients explore the underlying thoughts, emotional patterns, and nervous system responses that may be contributing to these feelings. Through supportive conversation, practical strategies, and mind-body awareness, many clients begin to rediscover moments of energy, meaning, and engagement. Over time, therapy can help restore a sense of possibility and help you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have felt distant or lost.
