We work through processing grief and loss through meeting people where they are at in the grief process opposed to pushing or pulling them into a place where they are not ready to go. This means that we use a compassionate approach combined with tools and strategies to support movement through the grief process and to create closure and movement forward that honors the loss.

Grief and loss can bring a wide range of emotions, including sadness, confusion, anger, or a deep sense of emptiness. In our work together, I provide a compassionate and supportive space where you can process these feelings at your own pace without pressure or judgment. We will gently explore your experience of loss while helping you stay connected to your inner resources and sources of support. Through mindful awareness, emotional understanding, and nervous system regulation, many clients begin to find moments of relief, meaning, and renewed connection as they move forward while continuing to honor the person or experience they have lost.
