Careers are integral to the identities of many people, while for others careers are simply means for attaining a happy life. Whether you’re developing your first career or looking to switch careers, I use a combination of assessment batteries and counseling to explore my clients’ goals, preferences, and aptitudes to identify their career path and develop a plan for achieving it.

People who were in Special Education, especially those with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, often cannot take common vocational tests because of the level of language used in those tests. I have a vocational interest test available that uses pictures, rather than words, to determine what kinds of jobs would be best for such adults.

My approach is centered on helping clients discover and pursue meaningful and fulfilling career paths. I believe in a client-centered and holistic approach that takes into account an individual's unique strengths, values, interests, and goals. Through one-on-one sessions, clients will benefit from personalized assessments, guidance in exploring various career options, and developing effective strategies for career advancement or transition. I provide a supportive and empowering environment where clients can gain clarity about their career aspirations and make informed decisions.
