I use two modalities in my practice: restoration therapy and biblical principles. Restoration therapy addresses the root causes of emotional and mental health issues, restoring relationships with God, self, and others. Biblical principles provide guidance and insight for my clients, helping them find hope, healing, and direction through their faith. Together, these two modalities provide a comprehensive approach to promoting personal growth and healing.

I provide psychotherapy to adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, career, and relationship stress. Individual counseling may be oriented towards helping clients achieve their goals for their own personal development. The Master Designer created us as sexual beings and much of my practice is aimed at helping clients overcome sexual anorexia or the other end of that continuum, sexual addiction and/or pornography addiction (with the added markers of distress being present.) Sex Therapy from a Christian perspective is a large part of my practice.
