Working with teens and families is one of my favorite aspects of my practice. Learning about each individual family's culture--the unspoken rules, the traditional ways of communicating and setting boundaries, is the first step to bringing about the changes that many families long for: increased intimacy, improved communication, safety, trust, belonging. We also provide programming for families with an addicted member. Learning ways to deepen insight, improve communication, set strong flexible boundaries and enjoy leaning into a morning or afternoon of self care proves for an empowering opportunity for growth and healing.
