Grief is a normal process associated with a significant personal loss. The loss may be the death of a loved one, a divorce, or a job. The grieving process varies from one person to the next. At Christ Centered Counseling we understand there can be factors that hinder the grieving process. These hindrances could result in an unhealthy emotional, mental, and/or physical state of being. Grief counseling is about clients learning skills that will assist them with healing and restoration, as they work through the grieving process.
