Free 30 Minute Initial Consultation

The Guide Counseling and Psychotherapy PLLC provides counseling and psychotherapy services. I believe therapists take on a number of different roles in their work with clients. I predominately view my role as guide. The main focus of my practice is helping clients create a balanced and joyful life. I have 10+ years of experience working in the mental health field/helping professions. Through this time I have obtained experience in a variety of settings. I work to help clients build and maintain the necessary tools they already have existing within themselves and lead clients to new discoveries of living life in a more balanced way. Through utilizing existing tools, as well as learning new possibilities of living, clients are able to reach their full potential for prolonged success.

Most of my sessions are conducted through a virtual platform but I also offer in-person sessions in outdoor settings. Conducting sessions outdoors is unique to my practice and is powerful approach in helping clients heal through reconnecting with nature. Clients who live near or on Lake Travis will be able to conveniently access this service. Logistics of in-person sessions will be further discussed during free initial consultation. Finding the right fit between client and therapist can be a daunting task. Sometimes the most difficult part of the process is building up the courage to reach out to someone for help. The Guide Counseling and Psychotherapy, PLLC offers a free initial phone consultation to see if we will be a good fit, and to discuss what you are looking to get out of therapy.
