I believe many of the resources we need are already within us; therapy simply helps bring them to light. My approach is rooted in mindfulness and draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Experiential Therapy. I also work eclectically, tailoring each session to what feels most supportive and healing for you. Sometimes, we just need a safe, reflective space to slow down and listen inward.
