I believe faith in God is a powerful and essential part of overcoming suffering and adversity in our lives. Therefore, I integrate faith based techniques to the counseling relationship and process for my clients who are believers. I have found over my years of clinical practice that spiritual faith based healing strategies are definitely the most powerful. Also, faith based strategies are very helpful in creating a happy, healthy, and successful life, so I include those in executive, business, and personal coaching as well.

We read that “it was for freedom that Christ set us free” (Galatians 5:1, NASB), but sometimes we feel like slaves of anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or something else. In addition to a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis & Resolution, I hold a Masters of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. I have served as a pastor for 10 years. Later, I went on to develop the "Reconciliation Model of Peacemaking" for my doctoral dissertation. Each stage of the model, which correlates to modern peacemaking practice, finds its roots in Biblical theology. I integrate best practices and a Biblical perspective to help couples reduce conflict, rebuild their emotional bond, and experience peace.
