I my therapy practice, I view depression as an emotional signal that some significant need is not being met in a person's life. Though compassionate and curious reflection, you will be guided to understand what your unique depressive signals are telling you about what you need and will be supported in adapting new ways to meet those needs that leave you feeling better and more resilient towards depression in the future.

We examine your depression symptoms through evaluation and assessment. Its a comprehensive approach that involves many questions and hopefully honest answers. We then develop a plan that entails supportive networks, encouragement for medication, and other wraparound resources to aid you in increasing a healthy emotional state of living. The process does take time, but is beneficial if you are looking to make positive changes.
